Dr. Frank Larkey
Frank Reed Larkey, Ph.D. has over twenty five years of experience in organizational and cultural analysis, executive coaching, strategy development, scientific research, training, and statistical/quality process analysis. Currently, as the Senior Cultural Architect for Endeavor Management, a global strategy firm, he provides services in leadership, cultural assessments, executive development, succession planning, organizational development, testing and assessment, knowledge management, and applied research.
Dr. Larkey is the co-founder of Schweiger-Larkey Research Group a consulting firm specializing in organizational culture assessment, services and product development.
He also held the position of Sr. Vice President of Research and Product Development with Birkman International and where he took the lead in internal process improvement, IP knowledge capture, and led the translation of motivational, organizational, and personality assessments into six languages.
Dr. Larkey holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Houston.
He is a member of the Association for Psychological Science, the American Psychological Association, the International Positive Psychology Association, American Statistical Association, and the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals. Dr. Larkey has been certified as an executive coach by LHH, RMA and DBM.
